The Wild Hare Tavern grew out of a simple conviction: Arcata deserved a place where good food and honest drinks could sit at the same table as genuine hospitality. No pretense. No rush. Just a well-stocked bar, a kitchen that respects what the season offers, and a room that feels like it belongs to you.
We opened our doors on H Street with a handful of regular tables, a cocktail menu that changes with the months, and a belief that the best evenings are the ones you lose track of time in. Three years on, that hasn't changed — only the people filling the room have.
